Purpose of the Church Board
The Board ensures that the Values, Goals and Strategies developed by the Senior Pastor align to the Statement of Beliefs, Vision, Mission Statements, and Strategic Objectives.
Mosaic’s Board ensures that the Values, Goals and Strategies developed by the Senior Pastor align to the Statement of Beliefs, Vision, Mission Statements, and Strategic Objectives agreed by
the Membership.
The Board is also responsible for ensuring Mosaic complies with its external obligations.
Scope of Authority
- Acting on the members behalf on range of issues.
- Governance of the Foundation (excluding Constitution), Senior Pastor Performance, Defining Congregation Foundational
- Elements, Congregation Establishment/Separation.
- Ensuring Mosaic complies with Legal, Regulatory and Baptist Churches NSW/ACT obligations, Governance of External Obligations.
